Claims

If you need to submit a claim, email, Customerservice@designateddining.com. The Claim process can be initiated from the invoice in question via the customer's Account Dashboard.
 
Freight & Carrier Damage

When receiving any delivery, please ensure that the packaging is inspected at the time of delivery. Additionally, please take pictures of any suspected damage before opening the product. Doing so will assist you in reporting any damage on delivery Claim if required.  
 
Manufacturer Defect

Damaged on delivery & concealed damage claims can be submitted within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please submit damaged on delivery or concealed damage claims by contacting Customerservice@designateddining.com. Damages considered to be a Manufacturer Defect & occur over time will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis & are not subject to the 30 days. However, these claims should not exceed a 12-month period.

Please ensure accurate pictures of each claim item are taken & uploaded accordingly. 

Moe's Claims Department will accept all returned damaged items with a Return Authorization Form. 

Moe's does not accept any merchandise returns. 

All reclaimed pieces are subject to cracking, warping & variations in hardware, dimensions, style & coloration. These pieces are authentic & do vary in style. Please note that Moe's is not responsible for any of these variations.  

Each claim will be assessed accordingly & a reasonable resolution will be provided.
